Feed has multiple item but the parser returns all but 1

Hi,

I'm fetching the below URL and the parser is returning all but the first (at present) 1.

https://www.england.nhs.uk/north-west/about/news/feed/

item not returned...

I'll keep checking to see if it's something to do with it being the 1st one, but I've haven't noticed this before.
