Cinder Snapshots

Cinder snapshots cannot be created.
To fix this issue, libkmod-dev, libkmod2, and dmeventd need to be installed on all cinder volume hosts. dm_snapshot needs to be added as a kernel module on all cinder volume hosts.

You will also need to assure that the following modules are loaded on all cinder volume hosts:
dm_multipath
scsi_dh
dm_snapshot

These kernel modules should also be persistent on reboot.
