Add the following to the <head> element in index.html

  <meta name="description" content="A community of Open Source developers at RPI">
  <meta name="keywords" content="RCOS, Rensselaer Center for Open Source, Open Source, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, developers, students, software">
