If documents are identical, their contents don't get analyzed against other documents #4

If I have three files, file1.css, file2.css, and file3.css, and file1.css and file2.css are identical but also duplicate content that exists in file3.css, the duplicate content will not be reported, only the fact that file1.css and file2.css are identical will be reported.
