Description / Beschreibung

In the German management view, the buttons are expressed in a mixture of German and English:

Expected behaviour / Erwartetes Verhalten

Full German localisation would be better: "Existierenden Abschnitt hinzufügen", "neuen Abschnitt erstellen"
