I updated to RM 4.7.1. and wanted to install the Homekit addon. Unfortunately I only get the turning circle in the screen and no packages to choose from. Thanks for your help.

Should I also install the Homekit add-on in "Zusatzsoftware" and then install it with the Package - Manager?

Can you please try to insstall the package on the Command Line via

source /usr/local/addons/redmatic/home/.profile
redmatic-pkg install redmatic-homekit

and show the output of this command?

Hallo, finally it worked for me. The issue seems to be in both Safari and Chrome. I tried now Windows Explorer and the list of Add-ons appeared immediately. Still I have two questions:

  • In both Safari and Explorer I cannot start Redmatic since in the logon screen the User is in, but the password is blank. In Chrome it looks like a Single Signon and using Chrome I can get in.
  • You are talking about "the command line" in your solution. Is that command line in Windows / OSX, in CCU3 or in Redmatic. It is stupid, but I have no idea.

With command line I meant a Login on the CCU3/RaspberryMatic via SSH.
Can we close this issue or are you still experiencing problems?

I have the same issue with the spinning circle on the packages page. In addition to that, I get "Sitzung ungültig. Bitte diese Seite schließen." (session invalid, please close this page) on the top of the page.

Are you using Internet Explorer to install the add-on. That solved it for me. Chrome and Safari did not work.

I‘m using Firefox on macOS. So FF, Safari and Chrome are out, which makes this a serious issue. There are no other browser engines on macOS left.

Can‘t see why this is closed. Especially since this used to work on older versions of RedMatic.

It "should" work on Chrome and Firefox, these are the Browsers I'm testing with. Internet Explorer and Edge are explicitly not supported, if it works it's luck ;-)
Give me some more time to find the bug.

It would be helpful for me to clarify the cause of this bug if you could name your CCU/RaspberryMatic version, there where a lot of changes regarding the webserver config in the near past...
