New features

  • The major new feature in this version is the implementation of the interactors overlay in the diagram viewer.
    • It shows a number (inside a red circle) on the top right corner of every protein/chemical that has interactors for the selected resource.
    • When the number is clicked, the interactors are shown in a radial layout. Interactors are shown as boxes for proteins and ellipses for chemicals.
    • The search box on the top left corner of the diagram viewer also takes into account the loaded interactors for the selected resource, so when the user searches for protein/chemical identifier that is not present in the diagram, but interacts with any of the present ones, the search result will show the interactors. Please note that interaction identifiers are also searchable in the diagram search-box.
  • Settings panel moved from a button (with a shape of a gear) on the top right corner to its own panel (which slides from the right hand side).
    • The new panel contains all the previously available options on the settings menu and an easy interface for the interactors configuration for the diagram viewer.
