  • MI Overlay updated to support analysis results overlay.
    • For those proteins/chemicals with hit interactors, a ribbon is shown in the top-right corner for visual reinforcement.
  • Interactors tab in the entities context menu includes analysis overlay and also expression values for the different time-series columns.
  • Custom resources UI added as part of the interactors tab in the settings menu which integrates user documentation for both; the method and the accepted data formats.
    • Upload your files (file or URL pointing to the data).
    • Paste your data.
    • Add a custom PSICQUIC resource.
  • Custom data appears as a new resource in the "Custom Resources" section and can be used as the "IntAct/Static" or PSICQUIC options.
  • When a custom resource is selected, the submitted data present in the displayed pathway can be found via the diagram search option.
