Queuing creates a lot of lag.

I don't know if this is a problem with my setup or the plugin, but I think it may be the plugin. My server TPS will drop as low as 2 when a player enters the queue. Here's my list of plugins:

Without the plugin, with the same amount of players, i get 19-20 TPS.

2-7 players, Pebblehost 7GB budget
