Tracking for the typeclasses core language (although with bits of library, for special builtin typeclasses) feature.

RFC and specification - doc: typeclasses specification. #36
parsing - parser: typeclasses. #37
analysis, codegen and tests - analyzer: implementation of typeclasses. #50
default instances - Implement default instances of typeclasses. #56
mapping to operators and some of the core typeclasses:
- arithmetic typeclasses
- callable typeclass
- constructible typeclass
