You are trying to play an obviously corrupt file (videos are not 22kb), ERROR_CODE_PARSING_CONTAINER_UNSUPPORTED is entirely expected.
The issue here would lie in the downloading itself, which seems to work at least for Hexated.

I this might be a network issue, perhaps your IP is region blocked or blocked because of spam, or any number of things. Try with VPN first and foremost, that solves 99% of networking issues.

If that does not solve anything then send a logcat of you trying to download stuff instead, because that's when the issue happens. And since the file is so small, please attach the 22kb video file, it might as well be HTML showing exactly what the issue is.
