reds5 releases

Hi all,

1. Why in the readme the file "red5-server-1.0.4-SNAPSHOT-server.zip" not mentioned ?
   I can see that on https://builds.apache.org/job/Red5-server/ the 1.0.4 release built.
2. Why in the http://www.red5.org website, the new red5-server releases not mentioned there?
   I can fix it if you think that this is necessary on the website ( if I will get access of course.

Actually only 1.0.3 release is on Apache build server

So, what is exactly the red5-server-1.0.4-SNAPSHOT-server.zip that can be download and built sucessfully here https://builds.apache.org/job/Red5-server/?

It is nightly builds of most recent version.
I would think about it as both
1 test that everything is buildable
2 download and test the most recent version
