AnarchySubjects lose their desired_state over time #102

I will update this issue if/when more information is collected, but we have been experiencing AnarchySubjects losing their desired_state field the longer that they live. Have not narrowed things down to a reason/time when the field disappears.

Here is a screenshot that shows an oc get anarchysubjects with most missing. Verified with -o yaml that the field indeed does not exist.
