police (combine guy) from 2001, yes its dumb because its 2001 version model, but i still gave it a try :)

2001 mdl format not supported. Please provide format spec and i add support for it when i can

maybe I sound stupid of course, but I don’t know how to get mdl specs
I would gladly provide them if i knew how to get them.

I didn't find any mdl v27-35 in HL2Beta mega build. Seems like all models were recompiled to modern version

Use N++ in files search with regex, filter for *.mdl and look for IDST(?!%)..
I eventually found the result to be already here.
