Feature request: option to select image size when inserting it into a page

Hi,

Thanks again for the great work. Refinery is becoming a top notch system! I particularly applaud the change to jquery! I have one feature request though. I would like to see a select menu displaying the image size (thumnail, original, etc..) when adding an image to a page.

I completely agree with this feature request, this is where we want to head too.. do you want to provide a patch or wait for us to do it (no timeline currently on it) or does someone else have an idea of how this would work/look ?
