image picker buggy in 0.9.9.20

noticed in earlier versions, too, but:

hubble: i made an engine for 9.9.20, with "key_image:image" as part of the generator parameters
[3:02pm] hubble: i got an image picker
[3:02pm] hubble: but when i upload a new file, it redirects the frame to the insert for the text editor
[3:02pm] hubble: with 'resize this image?'
[3:03pm] hubble: i have to close th epicker and open it back up again to select the file from the library
