make install should use standard file system layout #3

To be able to directly install the library on *nix systems, we should use 
the standard file system layout in make install. We should also maintain the 
current behavior, perhaps as 'make dist'

And headers should be installed in a subdir of /usr/include, i.e. 
/usr/include/vpx, to not fill /usr/include with lots of 
headers files.
