the most faithful Rainmeter recreation of the Activate Windows text overlay

TO DO:

  • Edit registry to hide the real Activate Windows dialogue
  • Read the Activate Windows string from the registry, instead of relying on language files
  • Test if Y positioning is correct on different screens
