Proposal: Community supported language for Travis

Travis allows developers to propose new languages that start with community support. This tool seems like it's already a good foundation for Travis language support (build matrix support could be added as well, and would require less bootstrapping if ti were built in). If you are interested, it would need at least 3 volunteers to support the language.
