Renew downloaded or snatched albums

When I add a new artist and the albums are loaded I select all albums to be downloaded. With some albums the do not show up completely in the overview(only 10 out of 12 songs). All songs are downloaded but not recognized. When I select New in the status row it creates a new folder with [1]. It would be nice if it just reuses the old folder. Other option would be to use even the correct recognized tracks and add the missing ones.
Other ideas are welcome.
