[remix.run] Sign in with GitHub broken after payment - email already in use

Steps

1. I used the Sign in with GitHub option at https://remix.run/login
2. Log out. (For me, it was a couple weeks later so my session was gone, and I forgot I had an account)
3. While not signed in I chose the Indie License from https://remix.run/buy and completed the Stripe payment
4. On the redirect page from stripe: https://remix.run/buy/order/complete?session_id=<snip> I tried to create an account with the same email address that is used for my GitHub account. The resulting error message was: The email address is already in use by another account.
5. When I clicked "Sign in with GitHub" at this point, nothing happened. 🐞

I got around this my opening a new browser tab and using the Sign in with GitHub option at https://remix.run/login, followed by copy & paste the link with the session_id.
