ci: add typechecking for deno #4715

Currently no typechecking is performed on the remix-deno package, because tsc cannot handle .ts file extension imports. This PR adds support for typechecking using the deno check command.

Moved it here because otherwise the typechecker gives lots of scary-looking warnings. Now it just gives one, less scary warning.
