It'd be nice if using Delete & Re-draft on Mastodon wouldn't result in two tweets, one with a typo :D

Unfortunately with the way the crossposter is implemented I don't think I have a way to check this.
The crossposter currently keeps track of the last post it saw and requests from both Twitter and Mastodon the posts from that id forward, so if a toot/tweet is deleting, I think we would just get the last N posts and it would just avoid the ones it already posted but never even know of the missing one.

Hm, would it be too much overhead to check whether the last post that crossposted still exists? ideally maybe a few posts back, but that'd obviously make it more complex

I don't think it's a trivial change but I'm open to contributions on this direction of course :)
