NFS Storage dialogue box - incorrect items

Originally reported as part of #1563 but separated now for clarity.

Flashed a new SD card with the latest release (i20240108):

I normally mount my Music Library using an NFS connection to my OMV NAS. Unfortunately with this new build the NFS connection dialogue box is screwed up with incorrect prompts - see attached rAudio_NFSMounts.png file below. Dialogue normally (from memory) has:

Name:
Server IP
Share Path
Options

Mounting my music library via CIFS seems to work OK but I would prefer to stick with my normal NFS mount method.

I can see that you have done some work on this in the Update branch. The dialogue boxes look more like normal however if I try to mount an NFS shared folder, after completing the dialogue boxes correctly, I get a 'Mount Failed: Permission Denied' message. It seems from looking at the journalctl -xe output, it seems to be trying to mount a cifs share when I have configured a NFS share:
