Add a feature: Comments/Entries Checker

A feature that checks how many users commented without entering, entered without commenting and commented & entered in a giveaway.

Also If the giveaway is on the forum, it could check the discussion for those stats.

Additionally, it could also store the data "permanently" and make some cool statistics from it. For example, top bumpers, least bumping, most/least bumped thread/ga, and so on. Each of the statistics should ne optional, though, because, for example, I wouldn't want to see people who don't bump at all.

Checking from the forum is a bit complex, because if the discussion has a train linked it would have to check the entire train and that would be too much.

Also, I think your stats suggestion doesn't belong in this feature. Maybe in another feature that scans all your created discussions and returns that data.
