Issue With shared with "ORGANIZATION_DEPARTMENTS" posts/polls

If posts/polls have shared_with = ORGANIZATION_DEPARTMENTS

1. It should only be visible to the department which is selected for the same organization
2. If another (affiliated ORG) department is selected then it should only be seen by another org-selected department
3. It should be visible to the creator

Also check if the post is showing in the list then it should perform all things update/like/etc

• This changes is for Nuhs App. @yatishTrootech Mcd(Happi app) dosent have custom options for post and polls .
• This above changes I have verified in this card NUHS app post/polls List issue with self department and ORGANIZATION_DEPARTMENT Post #125 so for post its is working fine and tested on jack server
• Surya told yatish to keep polls on hold for now

Can I say Multi-Org Post is all good on NUHS?
I understand Polls is not built yet.

Poll to My Org- Poll will show to all the departments in same ORG but will not display to child ORG

• ORG-Parent (poll type-My Org )-Created Poll from [user1@nuhs.edu.sg] to My Org and login with same dept users poll is displaying , login with child Org dept user[test56@test.com] poll is not displaying
• ORG-Child (Poll type-My Org)-Created poll from child org [admin@test8.com]to My Org and login with same dept user poll is displaying , login with Parent Org dept user [user3@nuhs.edu.sg] poll is not displaying

Poll to My Dept--> Poll will display only to particular department of logged in user

• Org-Parent (Poll type- My Dept)- Created poll from [user1@nuhs.edu.sg] (Pharmacy dept )to My dept and login with diagnosis dept user-[user3@nuhs.edu.sg] poll is not displaying poll is displaying for only Pharmacy dept and login with child Org user poll is not displaying
• Org-Child (Poll type- My Dept)- Created poll from [[admin@test8.com] (Clinical dept )to My dept and login with Cardic dept poll is not displaying poll is displaying for only Clinical dept

Poll to Custom-->This poll we can give to only selected departments in both parent and child Org admin can select any multiple depts that he want to poll.

• Expected behaviour :- Org-parent (Poll type -Custom)-Created poll form [user1@nuhs.edu.sg] to parent Org (dept pharmacy) login with Parent Org Diagnostics dept poll is not showing , login with pharmacy dept poll is showing and login with child Org users poll is not showing.Fail
