It can be seen even in the demo, when a certain amount of files are appended in the zip a error opening zipfile in zipOpen3 error appears without explanation.

I figured it out. Total memory by default is 16 MB and when there is not enough space on 'heap' it corrupts zip file in memory. You need to increase it depending on how big archives you want.
