Manually sharing boxes through Vagrant public catalog

Hello there,

I'm using this project for testing purposes but I think would be nice to have those boxes shared using the Vagrant public catalog, so everyone can download any version of the box at any time without needing to build it.

I know GitHub Actions and any other public CI won't support virtualization, so I thought we can create a script to build and publish the box. It will be executed manually, maybe on a monthly basis (or even every two months) for every relevant/supported release.
