New Version of CMSIS-DAP would allow auto target selection for pyocd.

But this will work only, if the raspi openocd is updated to 0.12, because 0.11 cannot handle CMSIS > 5.7, see raspberrypi/openocd#77.

OpenOCD 0.12 of Arduino is coming soon, so CMSIS-DAP updated to 2.1.2
