Add to the manual clear steps on how to setup XMPPVOX and use it with DOSVOX.

There should be clear steps on how to:

1. Install XMPPVOX (main executable and loader script)
2. Configure Papovox to be used with XMPPVOX
3. How to start XMPPVOX from DOSVOX (using the loader script)
4. How to start everything manually

1. Since f320787, XMPPVOX is a single executable that automatically installs itself to C:\winvox\xmppvox.exe.
2. The new website says to use Papovox to connect to localhost, that's basically it.
3. The loader script is run automatically and is not user visible/acessible. I'm still investigating how to add XMPPVOX to the DOSVOX menus.
4. No need for much manual work now. If DOSVOX was installed in the default location C:\winvox, running xmppvox.exe from anywhere should just work.

• 4. DOSVOX puts a "dosvox.ini" file in the Windows root directory (normally C:\WINDOWS, accessible through %SYSTEMROOT% or %WINDIR%). From that file's content one can infer where DOSVOX was installed. Use this method instead of simply guessing DOSVOX was installed at C:\winvox.
