Syntax.css styles overwritten, not allowing users to use chroma #29

Syntax.css styles are overwritten, not allowing users to use chroma. Also, /layouts/partials/header.html does not load syntax.css. Awesome theme!

I'm using the syntax.css just fine on my website.

Have you followed the steps for generating syntax.css from Hugo's website?
