When the formatter has another locale (for example : European locale) , then it fails to format the value. Maybe you can add a method to the class for changing locale.

Apart from that, very nice work! Keep it up

Jump to CurrencyTextField class
and update initTextField method
currencyFormatter.locale = Locale(identifier: "en_US")
