FreshMvvmSampleApp does not compile from checkout

If I clone the repo and open the FreshMvvmSampleApp and update packages I cannot build the application for Droid. To test try cloning the repo to a fresh directory.

I think I found the preferred method. Clone the repo, open the solution from the base folder (FreshMvvm.sln), update packages, then set your preferred sample platform (Droid or iOS) as the startup project and run. Would be helpful to add this to the getting started.

My mistake was opening the FreshMvvmSampleApp.sln directly and if you do that it doesn't build.
