I know you have used duplo library which I can use but since you have encapsulated it with imgsim as well it would be great if you can expose this as an API to be used in other programming languages.

Yes, the python version works well, there are different algorithms but the results are similar

Ah thats not a library either so I guess I will use this one or duplo directly in that case, we can call go methods from python provided its exposed as functions like duplo is.

github.com/Nr90/imgsim provided better results as a go library. However transforming python version in a library should not be too difficult

I tried https://pypi.org/project/dhash
Terrible results . At least not good enough for my use-case. Lots of false positives. It's okay to miss a couple(false negative) but false positive is dangerous
