Ringcentral Ribbon Stuck on Screen

We are running this plugin with several users, many of which are having an issue where the ringcentral ribbon that pops up over phone numbers will get stuck on the screen until the page is refreshed. We have tried updating versions, changing browsers, using older versions, and checking all supporting software is up to date. I've looked through active/closed issues and found no documentation anywhere regarding this problem on google either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Again, please note that multiple users are experiencing this problem, which makes it less likely to be an isolated incident.

@arubyit Have you tried the v3.5.0, just released a few hours ago.

FYI - Both 3.5.0 and 3.5.2 did not fix the floating ribbon.

Edit: It is important to note that I've gotten it working properly in Microsoft Edge. It does not work properly in Chrome.
