velocityjs里面对象的方法不全，比如用substring的时候会报‘Cannot assign to read only property 'eval'’，能不能换成https://github.com/fool2fish/velocity

其它的实现都会不那么完善
在 0.2.121 用 java 实现了一个，初装 jre 即可使用
