@jerryz123 Hi, Jerry, would you mind reviewing this PR? This is a strict forward PR to remove APIs which has been deleted from Chisel 3.5, wanna get this repository been able to be complied in Chisel 3.5. |

riscv-boom/riscv-boom#535, ucb-bar/riscv-sodor#63 gets merged, no need patch anymore.
