Secondary literature: Move 520 to 362

Dates of publication (Erscheinungsverlauf). This field was used in Kallisto to indicate the beginning/end dates of periodicals.

It continues to be used this way in the ZR. The guidelines reflect this (though I see a few new records from people following the name of the field). This is MARC 362: https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd362.html

520 is not accurate, because 520 refers to the contents of an item, not when it was published.
Please move 520 to 362.
