Detail overlay can load out of view (after selecting a low-down repo)

Expected Behavior

The repo-detail overlay should load in view. Regardless of scroll-state.

Current Behavior

The repo-detail overlay loads over the top of the overview page, even if the user has previously scrolled down.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Have multiple repos loaded up in you pullp-overview (enough to have to scroll down to see some of them, it can help to make the window more narrow)
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the list
3. Select one of the repos listed near the bottom (by clicking on it)
