Add new Item fields for podcasts
This is the reason for the PR. These will help to address rmcrackan/Libation#600
The other 2 don't change anything. I was exploring the authentication process on an Android emulator and noticed a few differences in the authentication process. I don't expect to use it, but it's here in case the current iphone method breaks.
