Dashund rewrite / modernisation

The mirrors gotten a little dusty and I've been working on my dashboard framework recently. So, I want to re-implement the mirror API with my framework and modernize the frontend while I'm at it.

goals

• Re-implement API using (the WIP) dashund framework. It'll be a good exercise for testing the framework and informing on it's next iteration.
• Improve the deployment / configuration with the dashund CLI (Again more dashund testing)
• Re-make the frontend with modern tech (Vanilla ES6+ / a framework if needed / I want to learn React)
