Unable to run due to error thrown

Hello,
When I found your tool, I was excited as I wanted to get the wappalyzer info from various sites I use. So I can see if they are using old/vulnerable components.
I am on Kali Linux 2020.1 kali-rolling. When I run the command to get info, I get this error:

npx wappalyzer-to-md https://www.chase.com

{ Error: Both xsel and fallback failed

I installed xsel and that looks good. Even though the binary that got installed looks like it is over20+ years old.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong?
