The Robmikh ImageViewer app does not collect or transmit information from the user. Personal user content is only saved when requested by the user (e.g. saving a snapshot from a live "Screen Capture").
Any information that is received is through Microsoft's reporting information as outlined in Microsoft's developer agreement, specifically section 9.
