The time formatting is supposed to always display milliseconds but instead
starts doing centiseconds or even less precision.

If the report switches to centiseconds once the timings get bigger than 10 seconds,
this is not so bad. As long as a single format applies for the complete list.

The biggest requirement is that each row has the same space for each column so
everything lines up nicely.
