result incorrect when executors fail

when an executor fails somewhere during execution and a part of the cached RRDs has to be reconstructed, the final group count is wrong. This is probably due to some part of the ghost information being overwritten, i.e. a particle might already be marked as a GHOST_COPY but then gets overwritten to PRIMARY_GHOST_PARTICLE. This is a big problem.
