[BUG] 2025_beta1: After star pass, new jammer is not shown on scoreboard

Describe the bug
When running the current dev branch at a scrimmage yesterday, I noticed that after marking a successful star pass in the operator panel, the original jammer's name was still shown on the scoreboard.

The sheets on the operator screen looked correct, and the "SP" was shown correctly above the jam total on the scoreboard, but the jammer name didn't update.
