After installation (3.3.5) and authorize the script on Flickr in "Your Photostream Preview" section I see:

"The web service endpoint returned a "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden" response"

The same results are obtained using:

Add gallery
Edit Galleries

You need to have curl utility installed for this plugin to work. Please contact your hosting provider to have it installed on your host.
