Feature description

As requested by the user on the forum (https://root-forum.cern.ch/t/rdataframe-feature-request-per-sample-histo-graph-fill-and-filter/), a FilterPerSample feature would improve and simplify physics analysis when a single RDataFrame with multiple samples is used.

There is an additional suggestion from the user concerning "an option to expose the RSampleInfo object as a default RDataFrame column (in the same way as rdfentry_ and rdfslot_), maybe “rdfsample_” ".

Alternatives considered

The current workaround is by using a DefinePerSample in an additional column, where weights are set to 0 for all but the sample of interest.
