Apps injected with bootstrap may encounter URL exceptions.For example, clicking on the personal hotspot prompt on Lingdong Island will redirect him to the injected app. But not every app will do this. Using QQ testing, this issue can be reproduced.

yes the apps also mark as not installed on appstore

If you're talking about URL schemes, it's mentioned partially by me here: #2

Basically, it's not 100% the original app.

Yes, I know. Enabling tweak injection will modify the app. To the system, it isn't installed from the App Store anymore. Refer to my comments in #2 for clarification.
