Question: Could this support parsing atlantis.yaml for the config.yaml #10

Seem like it could look for an atlantis.yaml in the git repo's root folder and build a stack config from that if it found it.

Unfortunately, not at the moment. Thanks for the suggestion though.
If I get a chance to work with Atlantis in the future, I will definitely consider this 👍
